We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Curriculum Manager for our Tanker Simulation program. This role is based in Glasgow and offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our comprehensive curriculum for tanker simulation training, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and manage the tanker simulation curriculum.
- Ensure the training program aligns with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate simulation training with overall educational objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to instructors and trainees.
- Continuously assess and improve the training program based on feedback and technological advancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of the curriculum's effectiveness.
- Ensure the simulation equipment is maintained and up-to-date.

**Minimum Requirements:**

- Master Mariner Unlimited qualification.
- valid (DCE) for oil and chemical tankers.
- Extensive experience in tanker operations and training.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using simulation software and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
